Healthcare software development, from telehealth to clinical AI.
We build telehealth, EHR and clinical workflow software, and clinical AI that a licensed professional reviews. The founding team built and runs a production telehealth platform, and has experience building software for HIPAA-regulated healthcare environments.

What we do
Healthcare software development services.
We build software for clinics, virtual-first practices, digital health companies and the teams that serve them.
- Telehealth app development. Scheduling, virtual visits, intake and follow-up, built around how clinicians actually run a day.
- EHR and clinical documentation. Charting, notes and records, with AI drafting where it helps and a clinician signing where it matters.
- E-prescribing and labs. Prescriptions and lab results flowing to and from outside systems, built to the relevant standards such as NCPDP SCRIPT.
- Multi-practice platforms. One platform shared by many organizations, each kept apart from the others by rules enforced in the database.
- Clinical AI with human review. Drafting, summarizing and interpretation, with independent checks and a licensed professional accountable for the result.
What we have built
A production telehealth platform, multi-tenant from the first table.
The founding team built, and still runs, a custom EHR for virtual-first medical practices for TrueEval Medical Group, a company the founders are affiliated with. Clinicians use it for intake, scheduling, virtual visits, clinical documentation, e-prescribing and lab interpretation, and many practices share one platform.
- One practice never sees another's records. Isolation is enforced in Postgres with row-level security and proven by automated tests, not only checked in the app.
- AI drafts the note; a clinician signs it. A note cannot be signed until a licensed provider has attested every section.
- No single model's reading reaches a patient. Independent models review clinical results, disagreement goes to a clinician, and a deterministic rules engine makes the final call.
For that platform alone:
- 18,800+ automated tests
- 16,700+ CI runs
- 2,500+ database migrations
- 370+ server functions
Counted from the telehealth platform's repository and CI history, 22 Sep 2026; each figure rounded down. How we counted
HIPAA-regulated work
What we design for, and what we do not claim.
Building software for HIPAA-regulated healthcare environments is mostly about decisions made early: who may see which health information and why, how one organization's data is kept from another's, what is logged and who can read the log, and where a person, not a program, has to decide.
We design for minimum-necessary access to protected health information, tenant isolation enforced in the database, audit trails, e-prescribing standards, human review of anything clinical, and real patient data kept out of development and testing.
We do not claim HIPAA certification, because HIPAA has no certification program, and we hold no SOC 2, HITRUST or ISO 27001 report today. If your procurement process requires one, tell us early. We enter a Business Associate Agreement only after reviewing the engagement's scope. Our security practices.
How it works
Map the data first, then build.
A senior engineer leads every engagement, and every change goes through the same reviewed process we use on the platform above.
-
Discovery
A short, priced discovery that maps the clinical workflow, the people in it, the systems it touches and every place health information is created, stored or sent. We also settle early whether the engagement needs a Business Associate Agreement.
You get A written plan with the data flows, the scope, a schedule and a fixed quote.
-
Build
Access rules, audit trails and tenant isolation designed in from the first table, not added before launch. Clinical features built with the clinicians who will use them, and every change reviewed and tested before it deploys.
-
Launch
Production kept apart from development and test data, monitoring and backups in place, and the human review steps verified end to end before real patients depend on them.
You get Software in clinical use, with the notes to run and audit it.
Timeline and pricing
A priced discovery, then a fixed quote.
New software is quoted, not listed. Discovery is short and has a fixed price agreed before it starts. It ends with the data map, a schedule and a fixed quote for the build, and you decide whether to go ahead.
What moves the quote and the schedule: the number of roles (patients, clinicians, staff, administrators), the outside systems involved (pharmacies, labs, payers, another EHR), how much clinical AI is in scope and how it is reviewed, and whether existing records must be migrated. Our published prices, for checking, fixing and looking after an app that already exists, are on the pricing page.
Questions buyers ask
Before you build healthcare software.
Are you HIPAA certified?
No. HIPAA has no certification program, so there is no such certificate for any firm to hold. What we offer is experience building software for HIPAA-regulated healthcare environments, the engineering practices that go with it, and a clear statement of what we do and do not claim. Compliance is an obligation of your organization; software can support it but cannot confer it.
Will you sign a Business Associate Agreement?
When an engagement requires us to create, receive, maintain or transmit protected health information for a covered entity or business associate, we enter a Business Associate Agreement after reviewing that engagement's scope. Many builds can be done without our team handling real patient data at all. Healthcare data and BAAs.
Can you build a telehealth app?
Yes. The founding team built and runs a production telehealth platform covering intake, scheduling, virtual visits, clinical documentation, e-prescribing and lab interpretation, shared by many practices on one platform.
Do you build EHR software, or integrate with an existing EHR?
Both. The platform above is an EHR for virtual-first practices. Integrating with someone else's EHR depends on what that system exposes and what its vendor allows, so we confirm the integration path during discovery, before it is priced.
How do you use AI in clinical software?
AI drafts, a licensed professional decides. In the platform we built, AI drafts clinical notes and a note cannot be signed until a provider has attested every section. Clinical AI output is cross-checked by several independent models, and a deterministic rules layer, not AI, decides what reaches a patient.
How long does healthcare software development take?
Discovery gives you a schedule item by item. Healthcare projects carry extra work that a schedule has to include from the start: access design, audit trails, review steps, and integrations with pharmacies, labs or other systems.
What does healthcare software development cost?
Healthcare software is quoted, not listed, because its cost is set by what it must do. Discovery has a fixed price agreed before it starts, and it ends with a fixed quote for the build, so you know the cost before any build work begins. Our published prices.
