Who we are
This website is operated by Oracis AI LLC, doing business as Oracis Engineering, a U.S.‑based company. For this website's data, we are the controller.
What we collect

The project description is free text. Please don't include passwords or other credentials, private source code, patient or other health information, or confidential records in it.
What we don't do
- No analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking scripts.
- No cookies. This site sets none, so there's no cookie banner.
- No sale or sharing of personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- No use of your submission to train AI models.
Who processes it
Our website and database, and the email that tells us about each submission, are handled by the service providers listed on Data Processing. They process data on our behalf only to provide those services.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for as long as we're in contact with you and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we enter into an engagement, in which case they become part of that engagement's records. We delete spam submissions promptly. A launch-list record is kept while you are subscribed. If you never confirm, you get no email beyond the one confirmation. If you unsubscribe, the record stays, marked unsubscribed, so that choice is honoured; ask through the contact form to have it deleted entirely.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Send the request through the contact form from the email address you used, and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're in the EU, UK, or a U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have additional rights, including complaining to your local data-protection authority.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
