Dedicated development team · For agencies and product companies
A dedicated development team, led by a senior engineer.
Extra engineering capacity that works in your repository, your tools and your release process, for your own product or, white label, for your agency's clients. A senior engineer leads and owns every merge, and the price is agreed in writing before work starts.

- For
- Product companies that need capacity, and agencies that need a white label engineering team
- Led by
- A senior engineer on every engagement, who owns every merge
- Where
- A US company with US and international engineers; we tell you where the work happens
- You own
- The code, in your repository, from the first day
What you get
Dedicated developers who work like part of your team.
A dedicated development team is engineering capacity reserved for your work over a period, rather than a single fixed project. It suits work that keeps coming: a product with a roadmap, a long modernization, or an agency with a pipeline of client builds. What that means with us:
- A senior lead. One senior engineer is responsible for the engagement: they plan the work with you, make the decisions that are expensive to reverse, and review every change before it merges.
- A team shaped to the work. Full-stack and mid-level engineers join when the planned work needs them. You know who they are and what they own.
- Your tools, not ours. Your repository, ticket tracker, chat and release schedule. Nothing lives in a system you cannot see.
- AI-assisted, human-owned. Our own AI engineering infrastructure takes bounded tasks under review, so engineers spend their time on judgment. A person merges every change.
- Full-stack coverage. Interfaces, APIs, databases, integrations, tests, CI and deployment. Mostly TypeScript, React, Node and Postgres; your existing stack where it makes sense.
For agencies
Software development for agencies, including white label.
Agencies win more software work than they can staff, or win a build that needs skills their team does not have. We work as your engineering team behind your brand: in your client's repository or yours, through your project manager, and to your standards. Your client relationship stays yours.
- Overflow capacity. Take on the project you would otherwise turn down, without hiring for it.
- Specialist depth. Back-end and database work, integrations, security hardening and AI features behind your design and front-end team.
- Rescue work. A client project built by someone else, or with an AI app builder, that has to reach production.
Each client project is scoped and priced before it starts, so you can quote your client with confidence.
How it works
Scope the team, onboard, then deliver in your repository.
Every engagement is led by a senior engineer and runs through the same reviewed engineering process we use on our own software, including AI-assisted work under human review.
-
Scoping call
What the team is for: the product or the client projects, the stack, the work already planned, how your team reviews and releases, and the hours you need overlap with. We tell you plainly if we are not the right fit.
You get A written proposal: the shape of the team, who leads it, how work is agreed and reported, and the price.
-
Onboarding
Access to your repositories, tickets, environments and chat, set up the way your security policy requires. The lead engineer reads the code and the open work before anyone starts changing things, and agrees the first pieces of work with you.
-
Steady delivery
Work arrives as pull requests in your repository, reviewed by our senior lead before it reaches your review, with tests alongside. You see progress in your own tools, not in a separate report we write about ourselves.
-
Adjust or hand back
The team grows, shrinks or changes skills as the work does, agreed in writing. When the work ends, everything is already in your repository, with the notes your own engineers need to carry on.
You get Code, tests and documentation that belong to you, in your accounts.
Pricing
How we price a dedicated team.
A dedicated team is quoted, not listed. You get a written price for an agreed team shape and period before work starts, and any change to the team is agreed and priced the same way. Defined projects inside the engagement, such as an agency client build, can be fixed-price instead.
What moves the price: the skills and seniority the work needs, the number of engineers, the hours of overlap with your team, the length of the engagement, and any security or regulatory requirements on access to your systems. Our published prices, for checking, fixing and looking after an app that already exists, are on the pricing page.
Proof
How the founding team ships, counted.
A dedicated team is only as good as the process it works in. The founding team built and runs a production multi-tenant telehealth platform and the AI engineering infrastructure we use every day, with every change reviewed and tested before it ships. Across the systems the founding team built and runs:
- 940+ merged pull requests across the same codebases
- 16,800+ CI runs automated builds and test runs on GitHub Actions
- 20,900+ automated tests across the systems the founding team built and runs
- 11,000+ commits to production and product codebases
Counted from the repositories and CI history of the systems the founding team built and runs, 22 Sep 2026; each figure rounded down. How we counted
Questions buyers ask
Before you hire a dedicated team.
How much does a dedicated development team cost?
A dedicated team is quoted, not listed, because the price depends on the shape of the team and how long you need it. You get a written price for an agreed team shape and period before any work starts, and changes to the team are priced the same way. We do not run an open hourly meter. Our published prices.
How many developers will we get?
As many as the work needs, and no more. Every engagement has a senior engineer who leads it and owns every merge; full-stack and mid-level engineers are added when the planned work calls for them. We agree the shape in writing and tell you who is on your project.
Where are your engineers based?
Oracis Engineering is the brand of Oracis AI LLC, a US company. Our engineering combines US and international engineers working across time zones. We tell you where the work happens from the first call, and agree the hours of overlap with your team.
Do you do white label development for agencies?
Yes. We work under your brand, in your repositories and your client's, through your project management and your review process. Your client deals with you. What we may and may not say to your client, and who owns what we write, is set out in the agreement before work starts.
Will you work with our existing developers?
Yes. We follow your conventions, your branching and review rules, and your release schedule. Our senior lead reviews our work before it reaches your reviewers, so your engineers are not left checking ours line by line.
How do you use AI in the work?
Our engineers use our own AI-assisted engineering infrastructure for bounded tasks: drafting tests, reading unfamiliar code, proposing changes in an isolated environment. A second model reviews that work, and a person reads every change before it is merged. AI never merges anything and never touches production. How we work.
How quickly can a team start?
It depends on the skills you need and the access your security process requires. We give you a start date in the proposal, and the scoping call is enough for us to tell you whether it is realistic.
Tell us what the team is for.
Your product or your client work, the stack, the work planned, and when you need people to start. An engineer reads it.
